We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities. How do I place my order?

All packages must be purchased online. Sales begin Thursday, February 19, at 12pm ET. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a 2 ticket limit for travel packages.

Are these packages all ages?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

To check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR concert experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in Ticketmaster. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?

If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, June 26, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.

To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:

  • Purchaser name and email
  • Order number and package type
  • New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number

Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets.

Important:

  • The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
  • Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
  • Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Our Travel Packages

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for all guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a package before March 20, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. If I purchase a travel package, am I removed from the Phish lottery?

Yes, by purchasing a travel package you are removing yourself from the ticket lottery. 

How many rooms are included in my travel package?

All travel packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability. 

Is there a payment plan for travel packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on March 20, 2026.  If you purchase after March 20, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I complete the final payment early?

If you purchase prior to March 20, 2026, and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to the March 20 due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.

Can I update my payment method while on the payment plan?

Please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected], for assistance with updating your credit card info for the final payment.

What happens if I miss the second payment?

You will receive an email from Ticketstoday 3 days prior to a payment date. If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7 day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

Do travel packages include tickets for both nights of Phish?

Yes! All travel packages include tickets to both nights of the event.

How will I know where my seats will be at the shows?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select General Admission or Premium Reserved tickets during the purchase process. If you select Premium Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process and in your purchase confirmation email.

Will my seats be the same for both nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for each show night included within your travel package.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

Hotel Information

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, listed HERE. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your room is ready.

What parking is available at the hotels?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

All hotels were chosen for comfort, quality, and proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue HERE.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

Don’t worry – your reservation is confirmed with us! Hotels usually won’t have guest details until we provide our final rooming lists, which happens about 2-3 weeks before check-in. We recommend waiting until 1-2 weeks before check-in to contact the hotel with special requests.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.
